Product Features |
An integrating mirror is a special focusing reflector that integrates the intensity of light to focus the incident laser beam into a rectangular spot with uniform energy distribution on the workpiece.
The function of the integrating mirror is to reflect, shape, and focus the circular beam to form a rectangular spot; Spot size=L1 x L2, the light energy in the L1 and L2 directions parallel to the incident optical axis is uniformly distributed (bidirectional homogenization).
