Integrating sphere (Light Spot Can Be Customized)
An integrating lens is a special focusing reflector that integrates the intensity of a light beam to focus the incident laser beam into a rectangular spot with uniform energy distribution on the workpiece. The function of the integrating lens is to reflect, shape, and focus a circular beam into a rectangular spot; Spot size = L1 x L2, and the light energy in the L1 and L2 directions parallel to the incident optical axis is uniformly distributed (bidirectional homogenization).
Adaptive mirrors are used for dynamic beam and focus positioning in laser cutting and welding systems. By applying voltage to a compressed air control valve, the mirror can be bent -- convex or concave. For spherical mirrors, the curvature is achieved in such a way that the beam waist or the focus of the laser beam can be moved without astigmatism, suitable for beam waist or focus correction in welding or cutting systems.
Spherical mirrors are used for simple beam shaping, as components of beam expanders or for simple focusing tasks. Zhengye offers spherical mirrors in various sizes. Our water-free cooling system is used for beam expansion, beam guiding systems, and general applications. Depending on the radius, the mirrors are either diamond-machined or manufactured on a fly-cutting machine and then polished.
Roof prisms are used for beam splitting, for example to generate a dual focus for optimized laser welding applications (dual focus technology). Roof prisms are plane mirrors with two mirror surfaces inclined to each other to split the beam. The typical angle is quite small (within a few degrees) to produce two foci with the same focal length, with closely spaced focal distances, sometimes overlapping.
A reflector is an optical component used to reflect laser beams, primarily relying on the principle of light reflection. Its function is to reflect laser beams in different directions to achieve laser transmission and focusing. Water cooling allows for high-power applications, extending the service life of the copper mirror, reducing the frequency of lens replacement and maintenance costs.

Mirrors made from copper substrates will withstand extremely high laser power and can be used in industrial environments. After proper installation and alignment, they will provide diffraction-limited focusing capabilities. Copper mirrors have high reflectivity and can focus a collimated beam to a point, or convert the diverging beam from a fiber output to a collimated beam. Parabolic mirrors can reflect and focus laser beams at a 90-degree angle (or any other convenient angle). We can provide custom-designed features such as water cooling and non-standard mounting configurations according to customer requirements.
